Once everything is confirmed, your application is reviewed by our compliance team for final approval.

What documents will I need during the application process?

Applicants should be prepared to provide documentation verifying household income, assets, and other information required for the certification process. Our leasing team will guide you through each step and let you know exactly what’s needed.
